1. Equipment Condition

Medimac USA LLC offers medical equipment in new, used, and refurbished condition, as specified in each product listing. Items sold “AS IS” include only what is shown and described. All equipment is inspected prior to shipping to ensure it matches the listing details.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Some medical equipment may require professional installation, certification, or regulatory compliance. The buyer is solely responsible for meeting all local, state, and federal regulations, including FDA requirements when applicable. Medimac USA LLC assumes no responsibility for improper or unauthorized use.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping methods and delivery times vary based on size and weight. Buyers must inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any transit damage immediately to both the carrier and Medimac USA LLC.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, and other approved options. Orders are processed and shipped only after payment has been fully confirmed.

5. Warranty & Returns

Warranty terms, if applicable, are stated in the product listing. Items sold AS IS carry no warranty and no returns, unless otherwise specified. Approved returns must be received in the same condition as shipped. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was made by Medimac USA LLC.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, return policies apply. Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable after payment.
