1. Equipment Condition

Medimac USA offers medical equipment in new, used, and refurbished condition, as specified in each product listing.
Items sold “AS IS” include only what is explicitly described and shown; no additional accessories, modules, or guarantees are included unless stated.
All equipment is inspected prior to shipping to ensure it matches the published description.

2. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibility

Some medical devices may require professional installation, certification, or operational validation.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including FDA guidelines where applicable.
Medimac USA is not responsible for improper, unauthorized, or non-compliant use of any equipment purchased.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Medimac USA ships nationwide across the United States.
Shipping times vary depending on equipment size, weight, and transportation method.
Large or heavy equipment may require freight shipping.
Buyers must inspect the equipment upon delivery. Any damage caused during transit must be reported immediately to the shipping carrier and Medimac USA.

4. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, and other approved options.
Orders are shipped only after the payment has been fully processed and confirmed.

5. Warranty

Warranty availability will be clearly stated on each product listing.
Items sold AS IS carry no warranty, no returns, and no service coverage unless otherwise specified.

6. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only within the period defined in the specific product listing or on the invoice.
Returned equipment must be received in the same condition as originally shipped.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error made by Medimac USA.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, return policies apply.
Custom orders or special-request equipment cannot be canceled after payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Medimac USA is not liable for indirect damages, economic losses, improper operation, or misuse of any equipment.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that all equipment is installed, operated, and maintained by qualified personnel.
